  • Lead innovation projects with product development for various markets.
  • Manage product lifecycle and strategic assortment development.
  • Analyze market needs and develop successful product concepts.
Skills
  • Degree in business, marketing, or related fields required.
  • Experience in product management, preferably in food and beverage.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with team-oriented approach.

Product Manager, 80-100% (m/f/d)

Your mission – successfully position organic products in the market
  • Lead innovation projects in collaboration with product development for retail, specialist markets, and gastronomy.
  • Responsibility for lifecycle management and the strategic further development of the range based on performance analyses, market potentials, and sales and margin targets.
  • Analysis of market, competition, customer and consumer needs and derivation of successful product and range concepts.
  • Responsibility for budget compliance and cost control of the responsible ranges.
  • Coordination and management of project teams.
  • Active participation in the organisation and attendance of trade fairs and events.

Your profile – marketing expertise meets organic passion

  • Experience in product management, ideally in the food & beverage industry.
