We are seeking a commercially minded analyst to support pricing, sales strategy, and commercial decision-making across Andermatt Swiss Alps’ real estate platform. Reporting directly to the CEO Real Estate and working closely with senior leadership, you will turn market intelligence, customer insights, and performance data into recommendations that drive revenue, asset value, and long-term business success. This role offers the opportunity to influence key strategic decisions within one of Europe’s most ambitious alpine real estate destinations.
Yourcontribution to our success
- Build and manage analytical models for pricing, demand and inventory optimization, evaluating scenarios, risks, trade‑offs and expected commercial outcomes
- Monitor market dynamics, pricing trends and competitive positioning to generate insights and continuously refine pricing strategies
- Analyze sales performance, pipeline metrics and conversion data to identify buyer behavior, demand patterns and opportunities for targeted sales initiatives
- Provide commercial insights on product positioning, unit mix and pricing decisions, working closely with development and product teams to maximize project performance
- Develop forecasting models and monitor actual performance against projections, identifying key variances and recommending corrective actions where required
- Translate complex data and analysis into clear, actionable insights through models, reports and presentations for senior management and key stakeholders
- Drive the consistent and structured use of data across the organization, ensuring data quality, integrity and governance standards are maintained
- Degree in economics, business administration or a related field
- Experience in a highly analytical and performance‑driven environment, with exposure to strategic, commercial or investment‑related decision‑making
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with a strong track record of building structured financial and commercial models
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity, structuring complex problems and driving outcomes in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization
- Fluent English is required (minimum B2 level), German language skills are a strong advantage
