• Build and manage analytical models for pricing, demand and inventory optimization, evaluating scenarios, risks, trade-offs and expected commercial outcomes
• Monitor market dynamics, pricing trends and competitive positioning to generate insights and continuously refine pricing strategies
• Analyze sales performance, pipeline metrics and conversion data to identify buyer behavior, demand patterns and opportunities for targeted sales initiatives
• Provide commercial insights on product positioning, unit mix and pricing decisions, working closely with development and product teams to maximize project performance
• Develop forecasting models and monitor actual performance against projections, identifying key variances and recommending corrective actions where required
• Translate complex data and analysis into clear, actionable insights through models, reports and presentations for senior management and key stakeholders
• Drive the consistent and structured use of data across the organization, ensuring data quality, integrity and governance standards are maintained

• Degree in economics, business administration or a related field
• Experience in a highly analytical and performance-driven environment, with exposure to strategic, commercial or investment-related decision-making
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with a strong track record of building structured financial and commercial models
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity, structuring complex problems and driving outcomes in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization
• Fluent English is required (minimum B2 level), German language skills are a strong advantage
