Role DescriptionThis is a full time
, on-site role located in Lugano for River Cruises Charter
Associate
. This role supports the Globus family of brands in designing and adapting cruise itineraries, land programs and on-board services to deliver custom-tailored experiences for incentive clients and travel agencies.
- Project owner of developing customized cruises and special events starting from their planning in terms of nautical schedule, land and on-board services to their production, delivery and follow-up.
- Coordination with the final clients and/or the markets in order to develop and deliver a product in line with their needs and objectives
- Manage communication and relationship with external suppliers, internal departments, Overseas Offices, Cruise Directors and Charters’ Clients.
- Service procurement and ad-hoc negotiations, finalizing contracts and agreements
- Support and manage key tasks and processes (i.e. Data management, pricing, reporting)
- Excellent knowledge of the English language and capable to engage in conversations with high-end customers
- Proficiency in IT tools and good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and SMS
- Good negotiations skills
