Job Description
We are currently seeking an exceptional EEMEA Strategy Realization Lead to help shape regional priorities and translate strategy into measurable business impact across one of the company’s most dynamic and diverse regions. This is a high-visibility leadership role for a top talent who combines strategic thinking, execution excellence, and strong influence skills. The role reports as Chief of Staff to the Regional President, EEMEA
, with a strong dotted‑line partnership to the Head of Strategy & Commercial Operations, EEMEA

We will work closely with the Regional President, EEMEA Leadership Team, and market leaders to ensure priorities are clear, resources are focused, and execution is accelerated. This is more than a staff role – it is a unique opportunity to operate at the center of regional leadership, help shape decisions, and build capabilities that drive long‑term growth.
Key Responsibilities Strategy & Growth Agenda- Partner with the Regional President, Head of Strategy & Commercial Operations, and LT to shape and continuously refine the EEMEA strategic agenda.
- Translate strategic priorities into clear action plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
- Identify growth opportunities, risks, and cross-market levers to accelerate performance.
- Drive disciplined execution of regional priorities through strong governance, QBRs, scorecards, OKRs, and follow‑through.
- Ensure the right sponsorship, resources, and accountability are in place.
- Track progress and proactively raise barriers to delivery.
- Serve as a trusted thought partner to the President on priorities, decisions, messaging, and stakeholder management.
- Prepare the President for key internal and external engagements.
- Represent the President in selected forums as delegated.
- Coordinate and participate in country reviews/visits with LT.
- Develop appropriate visuals for LT meetings / HQ visits.
- Shape impactful LT agendas focused on decisions, priorities, and action.
- Ensure discussions lead to clarity, alignment, and accountability.
- Capture actions and drive follow‑up at pace.
- Lead or coordinate high-priority regional initiatives requiring cross-functional leadership.
- Act as a connector and catalyst across markets, functions, and global stakeholders.
- 5+ years of strong commercial / business leadership experience
- Proven track record of strategy execution and getting things done
- Strong business acumen and enterprise mindset
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder influence skills
- Ability to operate in ambiguity with pace and maturity
- Highly analytical with strong judgment
- Executive presence and credibility with senior leaders
- Willingness to travel (≈60%)
