Product Manager

GSE Product Manager – BU Global Services

• Supporting sales & service organization with regards to all technical & commercial & operational aspects
• Developing service product & customer strategies based on market and competitive intelligence
• Deriving business plans from the growth strategy and directing market introduction plans
• Identify customer technical roadmaps and drive corresponding product development (spare parts, repair programs, upgrades & retrofits)
• Managing sales and profitability targets for the dedicated product families, as well as for assigned customers / key accounts and the regions

• Bachelor/Master's degree in sciences / engineering or equivalent education
• Additional degree in economics and / or marketing or successful record of accomplishment in a commercial position
• Experience in product management within a high tech international environment, preferably in the vacuum industry or critical component B2B business
• Fluent business English skills written and spoken
• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking and know how to further building our customer trust and loyalty
• Ability to provide fact driven solutions and to translate the market requirements into growth strategies with related execution plans
• Strong interpersonal, time management, analytical and communication skills
