Global Head of ESG Reporting (f/m/d) (100%)

The Global Head of ESG Reporting will own and further develop the company’s non-financial reporting and disclosure capabilities. This role is primarily responsible for ensuring the high-quality production of the annual Sustainability Report and related disclosures, with a strong focus on aligning sustainability reporting with financial reporting principles in terms of rigor, structure, governance, and auditability.

This position is hybrid, with 4 mandatory days at our office in Wallisellen.

• Own the end-to-end preparation and delivery of the annual Sustainability Report as the company’s central non-financial disclosure
• Ensure the Sustainability Report is developed with financial-reporting-grade rigor, including strong governance, documentation standards, traceability, and audit readiness
• Drive alignment between sustainability reporting and financial reporting processes, ensuring consistency in timelines, data flows, and reporting structures
• Coordinate the collection, validation, and consolidation of sustainability data across all relevant functions
• Translate complex sustainability data into structured, transparent, and decision-useful reporting content
• Assess the impact of new and emerging reporting standards (e.g., CSRD, ESRS, Swiss CO, GRI) on the company’s disclosure obligations
• Translate regulatory requirements into clear internal guidance and reporting actions. (e.g., ESPR, EUDR, Forced Labor Directive, etc.)
• Partner with Legal and relevant internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with applicable sustainability reporting obligations
• Coordinate EPR product and textile registrations and payments with the various entities
• Act as a key point of contact for sustainability-related inquiries from customers, business partners, and other external stakeholders
• Partner closely with Finance teams to assess, document, and communicate the financial implications of sustainability-related reporting requirements, regulatory changes, and disclosure obligations

• At least 2 years of experience in sustainability reporting, ESG disclosure, corporate reporting, audit, consulting, or a related discipline.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate complex, cross-functional reporting processes.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience balancing multiple internal and external demands.
• Strong understanding of sustainability reporting frameworks and regulatory requirements (e.g., CSRD, ESRS, GRI, Swiss Code of Obligations or equivalent).
• Experience working with structured reporting processes, data governance, and audit or assurance environments is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Sciences, Business, Economics, Communications, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical information into clear reporting and communication outputs.
• High attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability for data quality and reporting accuracy.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving regulatory and business environment.
• Fluency in English.
