• Lead the global commercial strategy and performance steering of the Premix portfolio, driving sustainable value creation and profitability.
• Own global pricing governance, reference pricing, and margin management to strengthen commercial discipline and reduce value leakage.
• Act as the global arbitrator across Commercial, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Finance to optimize value across the network.
• Drive portfolio optimization and strategic decision-making through advanced analytics, performance transparency, and AI-enabled insights.
• Optimize the commercial performance of Strategic Ingredients, balancing sourcing, allocation, internal use, and resale opportunities.
• Influencing a global team while fostering cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement
