Business Development Manager

• Identify and analyze new market and business opportunities
• Develop and implement business development strategies
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and business partners
• Conduct market, competitive, and trend analyses
• Develop business cases and growth concepts
• Support product launches and sales initiatives
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, or a comparable field
• Several years of experience in business development, sales, or product management
• Analytical and entrepreneurial mindset
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
• High level of initiative and strong assertiveness
• Professional experience in an international industrial SME environment and in medical technology is an advantage
• Very good German and English skills (C1 level, business fluent);
  French is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, as well as document management systems

Demonstrates expertise in business development strategies, market analysis, and relationship management, with a strong focus on innovation and automation integration. Proficient in both German and English, with a solid background in international industrial environments and medical technology.
