Deine Aufgaben
- Verantwortung für die pädagogische und organisatorische Leitung einer Kita-Gruppe
- Betreuung und Förderung von Kindern von drei Monaten bis zum Kindergarteneintritt
- Aktive Mitgestaltung eines abwechslungsreichen und kindgerechten Alltags
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Eltern
- Begleitung und Anleitung von Lernenden
Da bringst du mit
- Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachperson Betreuung Kind mit Berufserfahrung
- Freude, Empathie und Herz für die Arbeit mit Kindern
- Selbstständige, zuverlässige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
- Führungskompetenz, Teamgeist, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
