Hybrid Content Creator​/Designer​/Digital Marketing

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain visual systems: templates, type, color, photography direction
• Create and edit short-form video:
  Reels, Stories, campaign cuts
• Write copy that sounds like Ecole, not like every other school
• Design and build newsletters and email flows in Hub Spot
• Brief and manage UGC creators and alumni contributors
• Run A/B tests across channels, personas, and formats
• Identify cultural talk triggers and translate them into campaign concepts
• Track performance and translate data into better creative decisions
• Support PR and earned media initiatives

• A designer who can write, or a writer who can design. Bonus if you can shoot.
• You think in systems, not one-off posts
• You care how things perform, not just how they look
• Comfortable with ambiguity and the pace of a small, fast-moving team
• Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Hub Spot or similar, Cap Cut or Premiere
• Background in Design, Communications, Digital Media, or equivalent experience
