Junior Controller

Apply for the (Junior) Controller (m/f/d) role at Fresenius Kabi Swiss Bio Sim , based in Eysins (VD). This is a permanent, full‑time position.

• Run monthly, quarterly and year‑end financial closing and forecasting for the R&D GAM Switzerland reporting unit, including system uploads (SAC, FiPS, BCS).
• Handle inter‑company alignments and invoicing for cross‑charges in both directions.
• Perform financial valuations for new project approvals and portfolio reviews of the project pipeline.
• Act as backup and support for the BU Pharma’s trading hub at FK SBS and trading hubs in the US, Germany and Norway (monthly/quarterly/year‑end closing, forecasting, system uploads).
• Interact with the Controlling Team of GAM, various departments in BU Pharma and Corporate Finance & Controlling Teams.

• GAM Financial planning and (monthly / quarterly / yearly) closing activities.
• GAM project cost controlling – coordination of FiPS.
• Cost Center controlling in FK SBS.
• Cost tracking on project and non‑project cost (ACT vs FC).
• Personnel cost planning.
• Inter‑company invoicing and manual bookings.
• Alignment with SBS internal departments (Alliance Management, Business Development, Finance, Controlling, HR, Hotel keeper).
• Alignment with FK internal departments located in US, Germany and Canada mainly for month‑end closing and forecasting.

• Support various departments in special analyses.

• Act as backup for the controlling team (CH, US, Germany).

Internal:

• Interface function to all relevant Fresenius employees globally.

External:

• Business partners (CMOs).
• Consulting companies.
