Business Analyst in Finance (M/F) 80-100%Active in Western Switzerland, we help our clients realise their projects by providing comprehensive, efficient and sustainable energy solutions, whether it be electricity and heat production and distribution, electrical installations, home automation, soft mobility, air conditioning or water treatment. As an exemplary employer, we support the skills development of our 2450 employees, including 245 apprentices, as well as the balance between private and professional life.
Responsibilities- Conduct strategic analysis and data mapping for project objectives.
- Monitor performance and finances, optimizing with the Finance Department.
- Oversee business models and prepare strategic decision documents.
- Perform market studies, financial analyses and dynamic projections.
- Develop and monitor performance indicators, analyse variances between forecasts and actuals and propose structural optimizations with Finance.
- Ensure business model effectiveness and prepare strategic documents for management decision-making.
- Support commercial activities and market acquisition by conducting opportunity studies, customer analyses and creating action plans using GIS tools.
- Higher education in economics or finance (University, ETH/FH) or equivalent training.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in finance, business planning, financial reporting or related areas.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Knowledge of Power
BI and Geographic Information Systems is a plus. - Experience in project management and sales is a plus.
