Job Overview
This role is responsible for forecasting, budgeting, and reporting financials and KPIs for the Burger King brand across International (EMEA, APAC, LAC). The position is based in Lucerne and requires five days per week office presence.
Responsibilities- Assist in reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes.
- Perform ongoing financial and operational analysis of business segments to assess performance versus budget and forecast, while identifying risks and opportunities in partnership with business leaders.
- Prepare detailed financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for senior management.
- Build and maintain dynamic financial models to support business decisions by senior management.
- Provide financial and analytical support for special projects as directed by senior management.
- Utilize financial systems, tools, and databases to extract and analyze data.
- Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- University degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, or another quantitative field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Corporate Finance/FP&A/Banking or Consulting.
- Strong analytical, financial modelling, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Highly proficient with MS Office applications, especially Excel with advanced formulas and macros.
- Experience working with SAP, One Stream, Claude, Codex, Power
BI, Snowflake, and Smartsheets is a plus. - Entrepreneurial and proactive mindset with attention to detail and a desire to learn, be challenged, and improve processes.
- Eligible to work in Switzerland without work permit sponsorship.
