Location: Rancate
The Senior Consolidation Specialist will be responsible for managing the consolidation process of 15 legal entities, working in direct support of the Director FA&R. The role requires strong technical accounting expertise, solid coordination skills, and a rigorous approach to group closing and reporting activities.
The candidate will be responsible for managing the following activities:
- manage the Group consolidation process for 15 legal entities;
- prepare and post consolidation entrie;
- support the monthly closing activities of subsidiaries;
- monitor the application of Group accounting policies;
- coordinate with local and international finance teams;
- oversee intercompany reconciliations;
- support the preparation of the Annual Report and Semi-Annual Report;
- ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance in financial reporting;
- act as a key point of contact for local Finance Managers on closing activities and accounting matters.
- Degree in Economics, Finance;
- 4 - 5 years of working experience either in audit practice or in industry but within consolidation departments of multinational companies;
- fluent in English;
- proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Business Central (BC) and Tagetik is considered a plus;
- project Management skills.
