Main Purpose of the RoleAs a Financial Analyst, you will provide analytical and financial support to commercial, and operational teams across Biosynth. You will help transform financial data into meaningful insights, support decision‑making, and contribute to improved business performance.
Ideal Candidate ProfileWe are looking for an analyst who enjoys working with data, collaborating across functions, and developing strong FP&A and business partnering skills within a PE‑backed organization.
Key Responsibilities- Support financial analysis and business partnering activities for Commercial, Operations, R&D, and Supply Chain teams.
- Help translate data into clear insights, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and monthly performance reporting in collaboration with wider FP&A and Accounting teams.
- Support initiatives to enhance financial processes, reporting tools, and data quality.
- Support analysis related to pricing, margin development, and resource allocation.
- Provide timely, accurate, and well‑structured financial analysis to support stakeholder discussions.
- Accurate and timely analysis that supports informed business decisions.
- Clear communication of performance drivers to both finance and non‑finance stakeholders.
- Support for forecasting, budgeting, and reporting outputs delivered to a high standard.
- Analytical support for initiatives focused on profitability, cash flow, and operational efficiency.
- University degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Previous experience in finance, ideally with exposure to FP&A, reporting, or business analysis.
- The ideal candidate is also comfortable working in a dynamic environment where processes may not always be clearly defined.
- Good analytical skills and solid understanding of financial modelling.
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is beneficial.
- Ability to communicate clearly with financial and non‑financial colleagues.
- Comfortable working in an international environment.
- Fluency in English.
- Experience in life sciences, chemicals, diagnostics, or manufacturing.
- Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
- Interest for AI and Digital transformation tools
- Exposure to private‑equity‑backed companies.
