Rotzinger Transver is a leading organization headquartered in Kaiseraugst and Altendorf, Switzerland, specializing in product flow control, buffering, distribution, and conveying solutions for the food, confectionery, and packaging industries.

We are looking for a flexible and proactive individual who enjoys working independently, taking responsibility for controlling activities, and drives financial insights across the organization.

• Manage and coordinate monthly closing activities, including variance analysis versus budget and forecast, and preparation of management reporting
• Partner with Project Managers and cross‑functional teams to monitor project financials, ensuring control over costs, margins, and overall performance
• Analyze industrial variances (materials, labor, overhead) and provide insights to Operations to drive efficiency and cost optimization
• Track and report key industrial KPIs, supporting performance improvement initiatives
• Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business targets and providing regular updates
• Provide regular presence on both Kaiseraugst and Altendorf sites as business needs dictate

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in controlling or FP&A roles
• Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
• Fluent in German and English
• Proactive, self‑driven, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment
