Group Consolidation & Reporting- Lead the financial and non-financial consolidation at Group level
- Ensure the accurate calculation of consolidation-related items (e.g. non-controlling interests, intercompany investments, currency translation adjustments)
- Safeguard the integrity of the Group cash flow statement and segment reporting
- Coordinate and implement IFRS updates in close collaboration with the IFRS team
- Manage and optimise changes to the Group's reporting structure
- Drive the ongoing development and enhancement of the Group's consolidation system (Tagetik)
- Act as system owner, ensuring smooth operation and providing user support during closing cycles
- Design and maintain input templates within the system for the collection of financial and non-financial data
- Prepare high-quality internal reports for senior management and the Board of Directors
- Align reporting outputs with evolving business requirements and stakeholder expectations
- Support sustainability reporting and related disclosures
- Ensure completeness and quality of budget and forecast data submissions
- Validate budget and year-end forecast figures
- Provide insightful management reporting on budgeting and forecasting processes
- University degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
- Professional certification such as Swiss Certified Public Accountant or Swiss Expert in Accounting & Controlling (or equivalent)
- 6-10 years of relevant professional experience in group reporting, consolidation or a similar role
- Strong expertise in IFRS and year-end closing processes
- Advanced knowledge of EPM systems (e.g. Tagetik, Cognos Controller, Hyperion)
- Highly self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and results orientation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and seniority levels
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, combined with sound business acumen
- Fluency in English (written and spoken);
German is an advantage
