Corporate Client Advisor Bank​/Corporate Finance

As a Corporate Client Advisor, you are responsible for managing, advising on, and developing an existing portfolio of corporate clients. You acquire new SMEs, commercial enterprises, and corporations and support them in all financing matters. Your tasks include analyzing annual financial statements, business plans, and cash flow models, as well as structuring and implementing corporate financing, investment loans, working capital financing, real estate financing, and acquisition and succession solutions.

Furthermore, you prepare loan applications and risk analyses, assess the creditworthiness of companies, and evaluate collateral. You conduct loan and financing discussions with entrepreneurs and decision-makers, cultivate long-term client relationships, and actively contribute to expanding the client and partner network. In doing so, you ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and compliance regulations.

• Advanced business administration education (university of applied sciences, higher technical college, university or banking apprenticeship)
• Additional training in banking, corporate finance or financial analysis is advantageous (e.g. CFA, AZEK, CAS Banking & Finance)
• Several years of professional experience in corporate banking, corporate finance or business financing
• Solid knowledge in balance sheet analysis, credit assessment and company valuation
• Experience in structuring and implementing complex financing solutions
• Good knowledge of financing instruments, credit processes and regulatory requirements
• Confident handling of key business figures and financial models
