At the Kulm Hotel St. Moritz, we don’t just cook; we shape the future of Luxury Mountain Travel. As a Chef de Partie, you are a cornerstone of our kitchen brigade. You bring "Smart Luxury" to the plate, ensuring every dish is as inspiring as the alpine peaks surrounding us. This is your stage to combine craftsmanship with creativity in an international community of excellence.

Your Impact:

  • Station Ownership:
    You take full responsibility for your section, managing it with autonomy and ensuring every plate meets our 5-star standards.
  • Culinary Leadership:
    You act as a role model, embodying the Kulm principles and inspiring your team through continuous improvement and a "can-do" attitude.
  • Operational Mastery:
    You organize your workspace with surgical precision and plan daily activities to ensure a flawless service, even during peak hours.
  • Quality Guardian:
    You uphold the highest health and food safety regulations (HACCP) as a second nature, ensuring the well-being of our guests and colleagues.
  • Agility:
    You are ready to step up and lead the "partie" whenever needed, demonstrating true ownership and reliability.
This is you
  • Background:
    Completed professional culinary training and solid experience in a similar role—ideally within the luxury hospitality or high-end gastronomy sector.
  • Language:
    You are fluent in English. Any additional languages (especially German or Italian) are a great advantage in our multicultural team.
  • Mindset:
    You possess excellent time-management skills and stay cool when the heat is on.
  • Spirit:
