Then we are looking for you to support our creative kitchen team for the upcoming summer season 2026.

Together with the entire kitchen brigade, you will ensure that our guests enjoy a culinary experience of the highest standard. The gastronomic offerings of our restaurants are characterised by light and creative cuisine. We rely on the best products from the mountains and the enthusiasm of our employees.

Your main tasks will include:

• Instructing employees in the banquet kitchen in consultation with the head chef
• Organising the kosher business in our banquet area in cooperation with the head chef
• Supervising all activities of the banquet kitchen brigade in consultation with the head chef
• Sharing responsibility for the training of apprentices and the further training of subordinate employees
• Monitoring hygiene and cleanliness in accordance with HACCP guidelines
• Monitoring the functionality of all appliances and equipment in the main kitchen
• Completing all orders for the kosher kitchen
• Responsibility for cost-conscious working
• Creating recipes, monitoring standards and carrying out quality controls

For this challenging role, you will have:

• Completed training as a chef
• At least three years of professional experience in fine dining in all positions
• Expertise, creativity and a passion for cooking
• Written and spoken German and English skills
