French (mandatory) and English (a plus)
The Kitchen Steward ensures delivery of the highest sanitation standards in the kitchen.
Key Responsibilities- Organizing, cleaning and maintaining working premises and kitchen equipment.
- Storing all cleaned articles in the correct area.
- Washing kitchen equipment, ensuring compliance with all hygiene procedures and standards established by the School.
- Ensuring all access and traffic areas are clear and clean.
- Using cleaning products and machines according to technical requirements.
- Ensuring proper management and transport of waste.
