- Kompetente, freundliche und versierte Hostin/Host, Gäste empfangen und verabschieden.
- Mitarbeiter einarbeiten.
- Reservierungen im GMS Reservierungssystem anlegen.
- Channel Manager pflegen.
- Debitoren verwalten.
- Offerten in Deutsch und Englisch erstellen.
- Check‑In, Check‑Out durchführen.
- Ausgezeichnete Fachkenntnisse und langjährige Erfahrung an der Rezeption.
- Fliessende Deutsch‑ und Englischkenntnisse.
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse des Fidelio Suite 8 Reservierungssystems.
- Ausgebildete/r Hotelfachmann/frau.
