• Clean and maintain apartments, common areas, and facilities to high standards
• Change linens, restock supplies, and ensure apartments are guest‑ready
• Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns in a courteous manner
• Assist guests with check‑ins, directions, and general information when needed
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to management
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

• Skilled
• More than 3 years of relevant work experience
• Vocational education and training with the Swiss Federal VET Diploma or equivalent
