As a Welcome Agent/Receptionist Day & Night, you will participate in the daily tasks of the department while being a reference for the W spirit and concept and the brand standards.

• Welcome and take care of customers from check-in to check-out with enthusiasm and professionalism, ensuring a wow effect and anticipating and responding to customers’ needs.
• Advise guests on the hotel's services, terms and conditions, and any other requirements to ensure a memorable experience.
• Communicate with guests by phone or email and report necessary information to the different departments of the hotel.
• Verify and invoice services, collect bills, and control deferred payments.
• As a night receptionist, handle the night shift in terms of security and customer relations, resolve any customer complaints in a wow manner, compile the day’s financial report and the hotel's newsletter.

• Previous experience in a 5
  * hotel reception area.
• Fluent in French and English; a third language is appreciated.
• Highly motivated.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Real interest for the brand values: taste, sound, body, scene, and stance.
• Detail oriented and passionate about giving guests an exceptional experience.

Position to be filled for the Winter season:
December 2026 to March 2027.
