Deine Aufgaben
- Telefonische Beratung unserer (internationalen) Gäste
- Sicherstellung der telefonischen Erreichbarkeit
- Fachkundige Auskünfte über das gesamte Grand Resort erteilen
- Unterstützung der F&B-Administrationsabteilung
- Unterstützung der Abteilung bei Zimmerreservationen
- Laufende Pflege und Aktualisierung der Gästedatenbank
- Erfahrung in vergleichbarer Position, bestenfalls in der Hotellerie, wünschenswert
- Freude an der gehobenen Hotellerie und am Umgang mit internationalen Gästen
- Offene und kommunikative Persönlichkeit
- Hohe Dienstleistungsbereitschaft
- Ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil)
