As a Welcome Talent, you will be at the heart of daily departmental operations, serving as the ambassador for the W spirit, concept, and brand standards. Your mission is to greet our guests with enthusiasm and professionalism from check-in to check-out, creating a WOW effect at every step and anticipating their needs with finesse. You will advise guests on hotel services, stay conditions, and other inquiries, ensuring an unforgettable experience.

You will also handle communication with guests via phone and email, relay essential information to various hotel departments, verify services, invoice, process payments, and monitor deferred payments.

• Teamwork and guest service operations at W hotels
• Check-in, check-out concierge and service level
• Phone and email communication with guests
• Invoicing and payment processing

• Previous experience in front desk operations in a 5–star hotel
• Fluent in French and English; proficiency in a third language is a plus
• Highly motivated, passionate about taste, sound, body, scene, and stance
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Position to be filled now for a long-term contract
• Applicants must be from Switzerland or European Union due to visa restrictions
