- Check in, Rooming und Check out unserer anspruchsvollen internationalen Gästen
- Bedienung und Pflege des PMS Protel
- Gewissenhafte Kassenführung
- Telefonische sowie schriftliche Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung von Reservationen in Deutsch, Englisch und Französisch, sowie allgemeine administrative Aufgaben
- Conciergeablösung
- Einhaltung der Standards nach LQA und SDH
