In dieser Rolle verantworten Sie die Sicherheits- und Gästebetreuung während der Nacht, führen den Tagesabschluss durch, stellen Rechnungen aus und gewährleisten einen reibungslosen Check‑In und Check‑Out. Sie arbeiten eng mit dem Nachtam Team zusammen und betreuen die Rezeptionstätigkeiten.

Mandarin Oriental Palace Luzern is looking for a Night Auditor to join our Front Office team. In this role you will be responsible for supervising the night security and guest services, completing day‑close procedures, invoicing and ensuring a welcoming check‑in and check‑out experience. You will work closely with the night team and handle front‑office duties.

• Responsible, together with the night team, for security and guest services at night
• Carrying out the closing of the day
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Responsible for the reception tasks at night
• Assisting with billing and invoicing
• Friendly check‑in and check‑out of our guests
• Performing all administrative and operative tasks and ensuring consistent knowledge of our Mission Statement, Pillars and all other service standards

• Completed vocational training in the hotel industry and experience in the Front Office department in upscale hospitality
• Sense of responsibility, teamwork, organizational skills and good time management
• Good computer skills and PMS knowledge
• Excellent communication skills – guests will contact you with both complaints and positive feedback, so you should be open and approachable
• Flexibility and resilience – your position will include weekend and holiday shifts
• Excellent manners, approachable and well‑groomed appearance, and a positive charisma
• Very good knowledge of German and English; other languages are an advantage
