Stoos Hotels sucht ab September oder nach Vereinbarung eine Leitung Réception/Front Office (a) 100%. Die Position verantwortet das reibungslose Tagesgeschäft an der Réception und fungiert als Ansprechperson für Gäste.
Sie führen das Réception-Team fachlich und personell, erstellen Einsatzpläne, erfassen Stundennachweise im MIRUS und bearbeiten Kommissionsabrechnungen. Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und Beschwerdemanagement gehören ebenfalls dazu.
