• Guest assistance during the night in German, French, and English.
• Late check-in and check-out.
• Security and patrol rounds across the hotel premises.
• Operation of the telephone switchboard (answering and forwarding calls).
• Recording daily closings and performing regular tasks at the reception desk.

• Commercial basic training and work experience as a night concierge.
• Excellent spoken proficiency in German, French, and English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Polished manners, hospitality, flexibility, high sense of responsibility, and a "can-do" attitude.
• At least one year of relevant work experience.
• Secondary school education.

• German – oral and written: good knowledge.
