Sie verantworten Betrieb, Personalplanung, Ansprechpartner für SBB vor Ort, Aufbau eines neuen Teams und Rekrutierung in Zusammenarbeit mit Menschen & Kultur; außerdem Zusammenarbeit mit Coach-Modell, Sicherstellung von Qualität und Service.
