• Provides professional, friendly, and knowledgeable assistance to guests regarding the hotel's services, other Seiler Hotels, and local attractions and infrastructure.
• Delivers guest information and resolves inquiries, requests, and issues efficiently.
• Manages incoming and outgoing luggage, luggage storage, and ski equipment handling, including issuing luggage receipts.
• Coordinates a wide range of reservations, including hotels, restaurants, ski instructors, mountain guides, hair appointments, rental cars, taxis, airport transfers, train and flight bookings, and medical appointments.
• Oversees the handling of internal and external mail and parcels, including mail forwarding for arriving and departing guests.
• Coordinates the complete luggage transfer process between the train station or taxi stand and guest rooms, working closely with the bell staff, carriage drivers, Front Office Manager, Welcome Parking team, and Head Housekeeper.
• Maintains and manages guest information materials, including promotional brochures, LHW and Swiss Deluxe publications, and local tourism information.
• Serves as the primary point of contact during guest and hotel emergencies.
• Coordinates evacuation procedures and emergency response in the event of a fire.
• Leads and organizes responses to fire alarms and elevator malfunctions.

• Confident language skills in German, English, and French
• Friendliness, helpfulness, reliability, and punctuality
• Quick and flexible actions combined with pleasant manners
• A discreet, attentive, understanding, resilient, and honest personality
• Excellent interaction with guests and locals, along with good general knowledge
• Good knowledge of Zermatt, the region, Valais, and Switzerland is an advantage
• The possibility to rent accommodation in one of our staff houses, centrally located in Zermatt or Täsch
