Kulm Hotel in St. Moritz sucht einen erfahrenen Chef de Partie zur Verstärkung unserer Luxusküche. Sie übernehmen eigenverantwortlich einen Posten wie Saucier oder Gardemanger und arbeiten im À-la-carte-, Halbpensions- und Bankettgeschäft.
Sie planen präzise Mise en Place, arbeiten nach internen Rezepturen und Standards, führen Commis und Lernende an und sichern HACCP-, Hygiene- und Qualitätsvorgaben. Hohe Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität während der Peak-Saison sind gefragt.
