Location: St. Moritz
Kulm Hotel St. Moritz sucht einen Assistant F&B Manager, der die rechte Hand des F&B Managers wird. Sie steuern Outlets, Bars und Bankettbetriebe, setzen HACCP-Standards um und sorgen für unvergessliche Gästeerlebnisse.
Sie bringen eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Gastronomie/Hotellerie und 2–3 Jahre F&B-Erfahrung in gehobener Hotellerie mit, führen Teams, coachen Restaurantleiter, unterstützen Rekrutierung und Dienstplanung, und arbeiten eng am Budget sowie Cost-Control.
