Head Butler - Private Chalet Promenade

Mission

• Lead and supervise the Butler team, ensuring exceptional service delivery in accordance with the property’s luxury standards.
• Act as the main point of contact for guests, anticipating their needs and ensuring a seamless and personalized chalet experience.
• Coordinate and oversee all guest services, including arrival and departure procedures, in-chalet dining, housekeeping coordination, and special requests.
• Develop a thorough understanding of guests’ preferences and ensure personalized service throughout their stay.
• Manage and coordinate daily operations within the chalet in collaboration with the Chalet Manager, Private Chef, Housekeeping, and Concierge teams.
• Act as the Property Manager’s trusted partner and operational right hand, supporting the smooth running of the chalet and ensuring seamless guest experiences.
• Ensure the highest standards of presentation, service etiquette, and attention to detail at all times.
• Train, mentor, and motivate the Butler team to maintain consistent luxury service standards.
• Handle guest requests, special occasions, and unexpected situations with discretion, efficiency, and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles and ensure relevant information is communicated to the appropriate teams.
• Promote and support the group’s values, services, and other destinations.

• Proven experience as a Head Butler, Butler Manager, Senior Butler, or similar role within luxury hospitality, private residences, villas, yachts, or ultra-luxury hotels.
• Strong knowledge of luxury service standards, butler etiquette, and personalized guest experience.
• Previous experience managing and training a Butler team is highly desirable.
• Excellent understanding of high-end clientele expectations and the ability to deliver discreet, anticipatory service.
• Fluent in French and English; additional languages such as German, Russian, or Arabic are an asset.
• Exceptional communication skills, refined interpersonal skills, and professional demeanor.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with complete discretion.
• Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Impeccable presentation and excellent savoir-faire.
• Flexible and available according to guest requirements and operational needs.
• Valid driving license is an asset.
