Kempinski in St. Moritz is seeking a Shift leader Reception (f/m/d) to lead the front office and guest services during the winter season 2026/2027. You will oversee daily reception operations, guide a team of receptionists, and ensure high standards of guest service.
The role requires specialist training, strong leadership and language skills in German and English, with Italian/Russian as a plus. You will work onsite in the Engadin Alps and contribute to a premium guest experience.
