Around a dozen luxury hotels in Switzerland and France belong to Michel Reybier Hospitality.
In the world-famous resort of Zermatt, the hotel portfolio includes the traditional Mont Cervin Palace (5
* S), the trendy new Schweizerhof (4
* S), and the historic Monte Rosa (4*).
We are looking for a supervisor for Le Petit Cervin for this winter season (December-April). Join us!
- Ensure exceptional guest service through strong professional expertise and effective complaint resolution.
- Actively support the Front Office team and ensure smooth day-to-day operational processes.
- Continuously monitor, improve, and optimise Front Office procedures while ensuring compliance with LQA standards.
- Manage cash handling and oversee cash registers and service reconciliations.
- Process and verify commission payments.
- Prepare and review guest and travel agency invoices.
- Conduct sales conversations and handle written and telephone reservations.
- Post daily revenue and perform end-of-day closing procedures, including verification of service reconciliations.
- Carry out general front desk and reception duties.
- Professional and leadership experience in a similar hotel environment and position, either domestically or internationally.
- Good spoken and written communication skills in German, French, and English
. - Confident and professional manner when interacting with guests and colleagues, with a cooperative and goal-oriented leadership style.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to think strategically and work efficiently.
- Passion for hospitality and delivering excellent guest experiences.
- Strong team spirit and a proactive, committed work ethic.
- Flexible, resilient, and able to adapt to changing situations.
- Ability to remain organised and perform effectively under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of business administration and hotel operations.
- Experience with the Protel reservation system is an advantage.
