Das Hotel Schweizerhof Lenzerheide sucht eine serviceorientierte Führungskraft als Serviceleiter:in Café | Bar. Start ab Dezember 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung. Du arbeitest in einem engagierten Team und strebst freundliche, herzliche Bedienung sowie die Betreuung unserer Gäste an.
Ausbildung in der Hotellerie/Gastronomie sowie erste Führungserfahrungen sind gewünscht, da du ein kleines Team leitest. Wir legen Wert auf Innovation, Prozessoptimierung und operative Abläufe frontseitig.
