The Tschuggen Grand Hotel in Arosa is seeking a Concierge for the Winter Season 2026/2027. You will welcome international guests, coordinate luggage and parking, and advise on excursions, ski areas, and dining options.
You’ll organize transfers, tickets, and reservations, answering calls and emails, while selling hotel services and handling special requests. Fluency in German and English is required; additional languages are a plus.
