Sorell Hotels is seeking a dedicated and welcoming Front Desk Manager:in to join our team in the scenic areas of Uitikon and Dietikon. As part of our front-of-house team, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests feel valued and supported from the moment they arrive until their departure. You will help create a welcoming atmosphere and maintain high standards of service for all visitors.

• Welcoming hotel guests, managing check-ins and check-outs efficiently, and handling reservations.
• Providing information about the hotel, local attractions, and travel arrangements to guests.
• Handling guest inquiries, special requests, and resolving any feedback promptly and professionally.
• Collaborating closely with housekeeping and other hotel departments to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Managing billing, cash handling, and daily administrative front desk tasks.

We are looking for someone who brings a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a customer-first mindset to the team. Reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm and organized during busy periods are essential for success in this position. Relevant experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk operations is greatly valued.
