You mostly work behind the scenes but are indispensable to our resort:
Our maintenance team members ensure through their commitment that infrastructure and premises are always in the best condition. To strengthen this well‑coordinated 10‑person team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a Cleaning Staff Member 50%.

• a varied working day, where you work throughout the resort and visibly contribute to the well‑being of our guests.

• regular working hours from 05:00 to 14:30 with two integrated breaks.

• a well‑coordinated and collegial team with various nationalities, where mutual support and team spirit are a matter of course.

• staff accommodation or a staff apartment within walking distance (subject to availability).

• various benefits, including freshly prepared staff meals at a flat rate, free parking spaces as well as free use of the wellness area and much more.

• Together with your team, you clean the public areas of our resort such as the wellness area, restaurants, bar, lobby and corridors.

• You carry out special cleaning such as deep cleaning of various floor coverings, cleaning all windows as well as maintenance work in the nearby staff house.

• You support the maintenance team during the annual spa revision and carry out special tasks such as installing the Christmas lights.

• You assist in preparing our seminar rooms and ensure the smooth set‑up and dismantling of tables, chairs and seminar equipment according to the respective setups.

• If you notice technical defects in the hotel, you either skilfully rectify them or forward them to the technical team.

• ideally have training or further education in facility management.

• have initial or several years of professional experience in a similar role.

• have good technical understanding and a quick grasp.

• are happy to lend a hand and appreciate teamwork.

• hold a category B driving licence.

• are willing and flexible for weekend shifts.

• convince with a neat appearance, a positive demeanour and a high awareness of quality.
