Room Attendant H​/F

Responsibilities:

• Clean guest rooms and residences in accordance with the group’s standards.
• Provide turndown service following the property’s procedures.
• Clean public areas according to the Executive Housekeeper’s guidelines.
• Report any lost and found items to the appropriate supervisor and follow the established procedures.
• Remain attentive to guests’ requests and communicate them to the Executive Housekeeper.
• Report any maintenance or repair needs resulting from damage in suites and residences.
• Perform additional duties as required based on the property’s operational needs and occupancy levels.
• Provide support to the laundry department when necessary.

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality industry and/or in a private chalet or villa. Experience in the yachting industry is an asset.
• Excellent command of French and English.
• Impeccable grooming and professional presentation, with outstanding interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Strong sense of responsibility.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Flexible and available to work various shifts.
