The Chedi Andermatt sucht eine engagierte Empfangspersönlichkeit für unseren Luxushotelbetrieb. Sie begrüßen Gäste, begleiten sie zu den Zimmern und führen das Rooming durch, um einen reibungslosen Start des Aufenthalts zu sichern.
Sie erfassen Gästepräferenzen im PMS, arbeiten eng mit Concierge, Housekeeping und Reservierung zusammen und bearbeiten Gästekorrespondenz professionell. Fließendes Deutsch/Englisch ist Voraussetzung; weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil.
