Fairmont Le Montreux Palace recherche un Chef de Partie pour rejoindre son équipe cuisine sur le site. Vous aiderez à la préparation et au dressage des plats, participerez au dressage et veillerez à la rotation des produits afin de limiter le gaspillage, tout en respectant les recettes et les normes de l’hôtel.
