Kempinski invites applications for a Guest Relations Agent / Lady in Red (f/m/d) at our St. Moritz property. You will support the guest relations team with check-in/out, VIP preparation, and guest inquiries, while ensuring flawless service and a luxurious guest experience.
Fluency in German and English, plus a keen eye for detail, are essential. Experience with OPERA and a background in front office is preferred in this seasonal, full-time winter role.
