As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth, secure, and efficient overnight operations of our hotel, providing a welcoming and reliable point of contact for our guests during the night hours.

• Executing the daily financial and administrative closing procedures (Tagesabschluss) for both the reception desk and Food & Beverage outlets, including credit card reconciliations.
• Managing late check-ins and early check-outs smoothly and professionally.
• Conducting regular security and safety patrols (Nachtrundgänge) throughout the property.
• Handling guest inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and addressing any overnight requests or emergencies.
• Preparing handover reports and documentation for the morning shift to ensure seamless communication across teams.
