Bramble Ski by Le Collectionist in Zermatt is seeking a dedicated Chalet Chef for a temporary, 43.5-hour weekly contract running 27 November 2026 to 24 April 2027. Deliver refined, restaurant-style dining in private alpine chalets, from breakfast to dinner, with menus tailored to guest preferences and dietary needs.
You will work closely with the Chalet Manager to ensure flawless guest experiences and brand standards.
