Grand Hotel Belvedere, a five-star alpine hotel set above the Lauterbrunnen Valley in cozy Wengen and part of the Beaumier collection, is currently seeking a dedicated Front Office Agent (m/f/d) to join our close-knit, international team. As a Front Office Agent, you will be a key representative of our genuine hospitality, welcoming guests to our exceptional alpine destination where contemporary design, nature, and comfort come together. We are looking for a professional who values quality, well-being, and authenticity in their daily work.

• Welcoming and registering guests with a warm, professional, and attentive demeanor
• Managing the check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately
• Handling guest inquiries, requests, and feedback promptly to ensure an exceptional stay
• Coordinating with housekeeping and other hotel departments to meet guest needs
• Managing reservations, phone calls, and administrative front desk tasks
• Providing local information and recommendations regarding the Lauterbrunnen Valley, Wengen, and surrounding areas

• A passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in an international environment
• The ability to remain organized and composed in a fast-paced setting
