Mise en Place: Vorbereiten und Bereitstellen aller notwendigen Utensilien und Zutaten für den Kochbereich.
Ala Carte Geschäft
Reinigung und Hygiene: Reinigung von Arbeitsflächen, Küchengeräten, Geschirr (oft in der Spülküche) und dem gesamten Küchenbereich während und nach der Arbeit.
Lagerhaltung: Mithilfe bei der Warenannahme, Kontrolle der Mindesthaltbarkeitsdaten, fachgerechte Lagerung und Rotation des Warenbestands.
Abfallentsorgung: Fachgerechte Trennung und Entsorgung von Müll.
